Purchased goods are shipped between Mondays and Thursdays through CTT (national Portuguese postal service). Orders placed past 3PM GMT on Thursdays will only be shipped on the next Monday. In case there’s an urgency, you can get in touch with us.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, and once your order is shipped, you will receive a follow up email with tracking information for your goods.

Orders are shipped within one working day and usually take up to 2 working days to be delivered in Portugal; up to 7 working days in the European Union, and up to 14 working days everywhere else in the world.

We cannot be held responsible for delays and unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.

Customs and/or other extra charges are entirely your responsibility, as well as any additional costs for shipping items back to us.


In case there’s something wrong with your order (incorrect size, default, etc), get in touch with us via email at 

All exchanges must be done within 15 days of the order being shipped, and all shipping costs for sending an item back to us are entirely your responsibility. All items must be sent in their original condition with packaging and tags still intact, and no signs of it being worn/used.

As soon as we receive the item back, we will examine it and determine if it’s elegible for an exchange – only after examination, and approval, will you receive your voucher.

It is your responsibility to properly introduce your name and address when concluding a purchase. We will not be held accountable for wrong addresses/information. If an item is not delivered and comes back to us, we will charge you for shipping costs again.
